Hi , I want to analyse before putting in this i.p.o.
although the crisil rating is poor , thebackgroung of the co business of basically investments ,lending and other financial services is very competitive.
inspite of all the negative points rhe issue got subsribed on the opening day at 11 am , very strange
something is cooking , it looks loke speculative i.p.o.,
Boarders pl discuss on the relevant subject , rather than putting abuses at each others,
this is my humble request .

& according to capital market report ,

At the price band of Rs 113 to Rs 118, P/E works out to 14.7 to 15.4 times.

This is an expensive IPO with below average fundamentals but may be driven by operators

Retail frenzy for junk IPOs are started now. this may continue for one more quarter and then those people will loose all the money earned so far.

Cantabil Retail Sets IPO In INR127-INR135 Band, To Raise INR1.05 Billion

MUMBAI -(Dow Jones)- Cantabil Retail India Ltd. said Friday it has set the indicative price band for its proposed initial public offering at INR127-INR135 a share.

The retailer plans to raise INR1.05 billion through the offer, which will open for subscriptions Sept. 22 and close Sept. 27, said a company statement.

The proceeds will be used to set up a manufacturing facility, expand retail network, repay debt and for working capital needs, it added.

SPA Merchant Bankers Ltd. is the arranger of the issue.

My posts is never intended to you nor addressed to you. I only requested few folks in general (not in particular) to be cool. No one has the right to stop folks in expressing their views – they are indeed most welcome to write about the positive & negative aspects. That is what the forum is meant for. None will stop anyone. The use of foul language is not necessarily deemed unacceptable, but its use can undermine the relationship of trust and confidence. The test of whether trust and confidence has broken down is an objective one. This means other people who visit the site would view the situation, rather than how the quarelling duo view it. I was only meaning that using foul language towards such issues (or any issues) might create a worse scenario between the forum members to fight among themselves – That should not happen anymore. I never addressed you. All of a sudden, see the hype in the forum since Wednesday – number of posts & topics (aboutt the particular issue mainly) are more.

Thanks for your superior analysis of few scripts. Your analysis is useful to me.

CRISIL has given a rating "2" i.e. "Below Average Fundamentals", then why are all so bullish on this IPO?

Lemme tell you GEM has stopped doing that although he was called cheater misleading stupid operator fooling people etc etc....what not..? He lost his temper. He is human and not god....and humans make mistakes. It is not that he and i keep on typing abusive language everyday

There is a disturbing new trend among some Board Members to use excessive foul and abusive language in their posts. To some, it is normal to use foul language in public, at home, even in front of family members. These people show how indiscipline and spoiled they are. They don't have any moral or human values.

Foul language is clearly detrimental to the happiness of the community. Sometimes foul-mouthed people may become intolerable and it leads to quarrels and creates violence in public forums. The obscene language causes annoyance among the persons. This is creating indiscipline and unrest in web-sites. This practice is absolutely hazardous for our culture.

One needs no effort to learn foul language because bad things are learnt very easily. Generally, the ladies do not use foul language. It is used by uncultured and uncivilized men.

Conversation for few Board Members is a duel with the aim of leaving the opponent humiliated and wounded. Some Boarders also use abusive language to display their rebellion or attract attention. However, whatever be the reason, use of foul and abusive language must be discouraged. It creates ill-feeling for each other, takes away the peace of mind and creates a violent atmosphere.

We have seen time and again that the use of slang at public forums leads to many kinds of small and big conflicts. Blogging with a cultured and mannered language at a public forum is an indication of a rich and healthy culture. Due to uncultured and undisciplined language at public forums, women feel offended. And no Board Member has the right to do this to any person. We should make it a point that what we blog in a group at public forum is not only limited to ourselves but many peoplee who may have visited here for some reason, may also happen to see and feel offended.

We should make it a point that a check on foul language in some will also cut down the number of argument that people get involved into on many occasions. We have seen time and again that people start fighting with each other due to such language used. At times situation goes out of control and it leads to some big fight at group level. At times people get into big trouble due to such language being used.

It is time for all of us to realize that all of us come from a very rich culture. Man is a social animal so social discipline should be maintained by him at any cost in blogs. Language reflects character of a person so everybody should communicate with grace and dignity. Foul language makes others cringe with shame; whenever we use abusive language people always think ill of us. From our common sense and sensibility also it is essential that we should show respect for others, it is reciprocal in case if we will give respect to others they will also respect us. Soft words heal hearts, makes us happier; makes the environment better. We all know being good is much more difficult. It requires a lot of self control and sacrifice. Being polite is thus much smarter than being rude and abusive.
