Grey market premium for this ipo is very high but still there are no buyers for the IPO. If the greymarket people are buying and selling at premium then why dont they go and subscribe to the ipo at much lower price. or the greymarket prices given are not reliable

According to latest information in http://www.nseindia.com/, the bids close to about 60% are at Rs. 540. To get a firm allocation, you can go for somewhere around Rs.600. My suggestion is don't go for more than 5 lots. Definitely this is a good IPO and has a huge land bank in India as well as Overseas. The time now seems to be totally unfavourable. So, one can decide to go for fewer lots keeping a long term view and accumulate in secondary markets after listing.

Thanks Shankar,

But what price can i quote now? do you have any idea? is it ok going for this IPO?

Hi Anvar - As of now this seems like you can go for lower band price. The issue has been very undersubcribed even on this last day.

If i quote this IPO for less than 630, is there any chance to get it? I am new to share market, so that am rising this question.

Dear Investers,
Though this IPO is fundamentally a strong and good IPO, don't apply for this IPO due to the following reasons:

1. Huge Volume of this IPO
2. Lack of liquidity
3. You will get firm allotment, if you apply, and there won't be any listing gain. In addition, it will be available at lower prices in the secondary market.
4. Other good stocks are already available at lowest and attractive prices in the secondary market.

But this can be applied for long term benefits.

i dont know why is everybody neglecting their property in other foreign countries as well apart from india. so it might be that the valuation is including the price of that property as well which is quite expensive.
thus the price could be correct

SCAM! buying agricultural land and paying bribes to convert to residential. This stock is worth Rs. 0.00 in my valuation. why do they need to raise IPO when Emaar has billions in UAE? they can use their funds in India. They want to rip off the Indian people.

see the poor performance on first two days!

Suvajit, you should apply at cut off only. cut off will be decided by the company which will be the lowest amount at which shares will be alloted to any institutional bidder or bidders. Retail investors will get shares at that cut off price. in case of emmar it could be anywhere between 540 and 630. it is expected that the cut off will be below 600. It is worth applying in Emmar IPO as, as per analysts emmar share value is above 700.

What happens if the ipo does not get fully subscribed in the retail category?
