Difficult to cross 50X because all fund diverted other SME IPO unless big HNI comes may be subscription is below par.

whatever figure is at 3pm is get double btw 3 to 4 pm.
currently its 20 times
so easily cross 50 times it is.

Virtuoso funds will be released on 13th the closing day of sabar so subscription will be very high.

I have divided my funds between "Virtuoso, Viviana and Megaflex." But i see probability of getting share is much higher here.. i think it will be in the range of 25x - 30x in terms of overall subscription... lets see...

It will go upto about 80× .

Lets have a quick Voting - Who is not going for this IPO for Lack of funds due to multiple ongoing IPO's
But are are also convinced this is great ipo to apply.

I would not say it is great IPO but it will give decent returns. I have distributed my funds for 3 SME IPOs i.e. Virtuoso, Viviana and Flex. So, will apply here with some of the funds.

-manufacturing of Leno Bags which are used for packaging agricultural products like potatoes, onions, garlic, coconuts, fruits and vegetables. The company is also manufacturing Woven Fabric and Sutli (Fibrillated Twisted Thread).
-Manufacturing of Leno Bags, PP Fabrics, Sutli (Fibrillated Twisted Thread) and trading of Polypropylene Granules.

- Mfg plant in Howraw, WB with captive power generation unit, UPS, water treatment plant
- with production capacity of has 60 looms with a production capacity of 51.30 million Bags per year

interests include manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging products i.e. Plastic Container for Paints, Lubricants, Greases etc.; paper

capacity constraints but have started connecting to other states in last 2-3 years to understand their requirement. Our

and ₹ 3680.68 lakh comprising of 86.44%, 85.87% and 79.21%, respectively, of our total revenue from operations.
- During Fiscal 2020, Fiscal 2021 and Fiscal 2022, our top 10 (ten) suppliers contributed ₹ 2191.54 lakh, ₹ 2252.53 lakh
and ₹ 3302.22 lakh comprising of 96.39%, 98.15% and 97.88% respectively
- The company derives a significant proportion of its revenue from the state of West Bengal. The total contribution from
West Bengal was ₹ 4143.79 lakhs, ₹ 2877.19 lakhs and ₹ 3055.51 lakhs comprising of 89.17%, 97.56% and 97.01%
respectively, to its revenue from operations in Fiscal 2022, Fiscal 2021 and Fiscal 2020.
- We manufacture Leno Bags and export may be subject to additional duties. For Fiscal 2021 and 2020, our export sales
were ₹ 25.02 lakhs and ₹ 46.43 lakhs which represented 0.85% and 1.47%, respectively, of our total revenue from

- IPO proceeds will help reduce cost of RM - PP fabrics can help with margin expansion. Inventory holding is biggest bottleneck for them currently due to seasonality of the demand

Bad
- Single digit OPM
- other income is high
- Mercedez & Honda city on company's name
related party transaction of 6.5 cr in rev of 47 cr
- Bank gaurantee for a 10 cr loan by a grp company
- negative operating cash flow in 2020
- Utilization is almost at 90% and no plan for adding new capacity declared

It doest matter good stock will be good. GMP only gives us a little confidence to apply without any tension n risk.

After 2 consecutive block-buster nos of Virtuoso & Viviana, this issue expected to be less in terms of subscription. However it does not reduces the fundamental of this stock. Further the GMP still holds rock solid. I am going for it

@ Amit bhai you are right... but hope the GMP or S2 doesnt come down due to subscription figure :)

Wait figures will improve from 4 to 5. Good for getting moderate listing gain but not long term player
