Is forum per aajkal ipo se jyaada dharna / pradarshan chal rahe the, mujhe laga sab logo ne mil ke saare tag lauta diye hai.

Chalo acha hua ki admin ne hi sabke tag hata diye, no discrimination now.

Hamara to koi tag pehle bhi nahi tha, but ab new members ko reliability check karne me thodi der old messages read karne padenge.

Baki jisko tips for secondary market chahiye wo wrong forum me aa gaye hai ya wo mehanat nahi kerna chahate. Hajaro forum hai secondary market me tips ke liye.

​@Nifty Singh Thanks a lot for mentioning my title. As far as company is concerned, a good company. CMP is 2112 and right offer price is 1812. Looks lucrative. Difference of 300 not bad. Offer is 6/179. Very conservative. Share holders have to pay only 25% as application money. Very good offer. My past experience in right issue says it is always better to apply on higher number. I don't think to apply for 100 shares. If you have spare money don't bother for blocking money. But 100 shares, just not possible to get. This is My opinion. But you can take a chance upto 40-50. Even this is also a big number but no harm in blocking this much amount. In Share Market money is always blocked and good for long time in good fundamental stocks. You have to decide accordingly to availability of funds in today's rush of issues.
I don't know whether members will like asking question on right issue and answering there after by me Herd in IPO section.

​@Nifty Singh  You can and should take chance to apply for additional RE as is done in buy back . As entitlement is 6 against 179 the ratio seems to be quite low and chances of full subscription seems good . Like what @PKRAJ risghty pointed out blocking money for 50-100 RE may not be good idea , though money asked is in installments. Best is to observe cumulative subscription on NSE / bse and take final call on last day and apply for additional RE if subscription if low and to what extent .

I have same situation in grasim right issue, I will apply 6+44 shares for additional,8-10 days not bigger time, I have grasim shares since IPO I will hold more and more time

I am putting this in points as today's generation do not like to read in detail..

The good..
1. Good company.
2. Attractive price of rights isue.
3. Have to pay just 25% right away.

Not so good..
1. Low ratio.
2. Will be possibly oversubscribed, so chance of getting just a few additional shares..if applied for more than entitled..
3.Blocking of money when some good SME IPOs on offer..

But will still go for it..because for a long term this is good opportunity!!🙏🙏

Your entitlement is 6 shares so u can apply for 8 or 9 shares (including entitlement). I don't think u can get more than 8 shares (including entitlement). Alternatively you can buy Rights Entitlement from other persons through stock exchange and then apply for 10 to 20 percent shares , over and above entitlement. I am not an expert. If rules have been changed in last 2 years then I don't know

Those who have got rights entitlement but don't want to apply for shares should sell their rights entitlement through stock exchange. It be sold on line through your broker app

Those who have got Rights Entitlement (RE) and those who buy RE should either sell RE before prescribed date or apply for shares otherwise RE will expire

The new initiative of RE renouncing is really welcome step for those who want to play short term in anticipation of fall in share price / overhang / market scenario / financial compulsions etc etc .
The investors are getting the power in their hand now .

​@Rakcyt U are right RE renouncing is welcome step. It was available offline earlier. More than two years ago on line facility began

Can one apply and allotted more than RE if it is purchased from market?

​@P Patel U don't have to buy shares from market. U can buy RE . If you buy 10 RE from share market before prescribed date, u should apply for 12 shares. U can get 5 to 20 percent above your entitlement. Mostly it will be between 5 to 10 percent. If rules have been changed in last 2 years then I don't know

​@investormahesh  First of all thanks for reply. What I mean is if I buy RE from market, can we apply more than entitlement or I can apply more than entitlement?

​@P Patel As per my knowledge u can apply for shares more than entitlement. But please confirm from some other sources/ experts also. But u are unlikely to get more than 5 or 10 percent over and above your entitlement. If u buy one RE and apply for 100 shares don't think that u will get 100 or even 10 shares. That is possible only if there is some major negative news and price of grasim share suddenly falls a lot

​@P Patel If you buy 10 RE and apply for 11 shares or more it is possible that u may get 11"'shares. Allotment will not increase even if you apply for 20 or 50 or 100 shares
