The company looks good but the valuation seems a bit expensive. medi assist pre ipo PE 38 and, post PE 31 ll

And the industry average PE is 15 ll

Maine hdfc bank में 2 बच्चों का minor bank account खुलवाया है लेकिन उसमे ipo apply nhi kr pa rha hun. Hdfc below 18 year ipo permit nhi krta hai online. कोई भाई बता सकता है की किस bank के माध्यम से minor ipo लगा सकते है ऑनलाइन।

Talk to your branch manager. Only hdfc bank allows to apply in minor accounts using asba.

Aapko mai generally admire karta hoon par itna generalization, wo bhi negatively, thoda zyada ho gaya.

Mai khud do din pahle hi Stocks Discussion page par message post karne ki koshish kar raha tha. Pata chala ki udhar ye functionality hi broken hai. Message ki jagah 'Feedback' jata hai, aur agle din page par display hota hai, most likely admin action se.

Aur mai to secondary market ke questions poochhta bhi nahi, bas us page ki functionality check kar raha tha ki logon ko udhar jane ki salah de sakun. Old habit from technical troubleshooting experience (as volunteer, not paid) - ki public platform par koi advice dene se pahle khud check kar lun ki koi galti na ho.

Mujhe is forum me koi admire kare ya na kare kuch fark nahi padta. Mai idher sirf info collect kerne aaya hu paisa banane ke liye.
Problem tab hoti hai jab IPO ka discussion kerne ke bajaye faltu ke message pade hote hai. Phir main purpose jiske liye ye page hai wo discussion me kam dikhata hai.

Because I have gone to their web but not able to found where are these reports.
For ex Nomura report on HDFC Bank, INFY report by Emacky etc

Dear all, kindly enlighten regarding Grasim right issue. I have received six share as right entitlement. Can I apply 100 share in the right issue (additional shares)? Is there chance to get some additional shares (15-20 or even 100)? What your experience says? or there is no benefit to block the amount for 8-10 days, if they allot only six shares and unblock rest of amount. You may apply for additional shares in right issue, and you may got addition shares over and above your entitlement. if some share holders not applied then those shares are distributed to applicants who applied for additional shares.

If I transfer shares in daughter (married) account, then how tax is calculated and who is liable to pay tax?

If you gift/transfer the shares, there is no liability upto Rs. 50,000 of total gift value. However, the recipient is liable for taxes on gains generated in future. Suggest consult some tax auditor or CA for more clarity.

No gift tax arise when trasection is between blood relation.
