✍🏻 *ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સાઈટ એટલે શું ?* 🤔

બજારમાં જ્યારે એકદમ તેજી અથવા તો એકદમ મંદી આવે ત્યારે શેર ઉપર સર્કિટ ફીલ્ટર લાગેલા હોય. એટલે કે અમુક લિમિટ સુધી ભાવ વધી અથવા ઘટી જાય પછી એ શેર મા બાયર અથવા સેલર સર્કિટ લાગી જાય છે..ફ્યુચર એન્ડ ઓપ્શનમાં આવી કોઈ લિમિટ નથી હોતી કોઈપણ શેર સેમ ડે માં ગમે એટલો વધી શકે છે ગમે એટલો ઘટી શકે છે પરંતુ ભવિષ્યમાં ફ્યુચર એન્ડ ઓપ્શન મા રહેલા શેરને પણ એક લિમિટેડ સર્કિટ ફિલ્ટરમાં નાખવા માટે આ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ સાઇટ રન કરવામાં છે એટલે હવે કોઈ પણ શેર સેમ ડેમાં અનલિમિટેડ વધી શકશે કે ના અનલિમિટેડ ઘટી શકશે જેના ભાગરૂપે આ ટ્રાયલ રન કરવામાં આવે છે અને ભવિષ્યમાં દરેક તેજી અથવા દરેક મંદીને સેબી એક્શન દ્વારા કંટ્રોલ કરી શકશે.

GMP has shown little up,move from 7 to 10 levels in percentage terms. Lets see the data ( GMP, subscription figures, market sentiments ) tomorrow to take any call.

Yes, you are absolutely right.

Crow Verdict: Leading with a 26% market in the fledgling insurance tech industry with a decent PAT evolution are the biggest positives of Medi Assist. I'm not too bothered about insurance companies as the growing penetration will also lead to growing complaints and stress for the industry. However, Medi Assist is at the crosswords of tech and insurance, which is a bit orgasmic in an unpenetrated country like India. The high asking price and low GMP are the major red flags that I'm not able to wrap my break around. Although, Jyoti CNC's good listing may bode well for Medi Assist on 22 January. Keeping these in mind, I will take chance with 1 retail lot. Minor discount to 10% pop expected.

Im applying in Retail category in all 6 dmat accounts & 1 in bHNI tomorrow based on final subscription figures. Medi Assist may not give listing gains. but believe it is good for medium to long term. Anyways, Im holding good stocks for 1 year to avoid capital gains for upto 1 Lakh per PAN.
