Tata Tech, Cello, Blue Jet, Protean, Ask Automative, INOX was 100% OFS, RR Kabel 90% etc..

Don't look at the GMP. Recent example like:- Innova and Jyoti.

I am applying this IPO because company fundamental is stong and there is no borowwing as of now.

OFS doesn't feel like any Negative. Every promotor is trying to get more money from market. Even we are also trying to get more money.

What happens if QIB is not fully subscribed? Does QIB shares are allocated to Retail/NII category? If yes, who gets the preference, retail or NII?
