Healthvista India, is an out-of-hospital healthcare provider with brand Portea, had filed its paper in July last year with the market regulator Sebi for its proposed IPO.

The company aims to raise about Rs1,000 crore through IPO which comprises fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 56,252,654 shares by selling shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

But my question is should we be taking one time gain into account for justifying high valuations ?
If company can use this money prudently then its well and good.
Many companies just pass this (one time gain) money to shareholders in the form of dividends.

About listing gains,
Well , it's all depends on qib subscription and listing day market behaviour but this counter is
not for listing gains but short term or very long term

Good anchors+sunrise business+first movers advantage make me absolutely clear to apply irrelevant GMP
Though I kept funds available for BHNI and will decide @3pm , I will apply if qib cross 30 x for HNI
retail applications done already.

I wish something will be announced in budget for healthcare sector and this co. Serving in government schemes also as TPA

I am still remains bullish in this counter(GMP 33)
