This looks better than all those IPOs in February. But it is a very small company fighting very big fish like Pidilite, Ultratech, Asian Paints etc in construction chemicals market. It has good products as listed at their website. Good for listing gain. And my be can hold too. In the long run, all depends on whether management can really grow the company by fighting the biggies.

@admin and other member.... can someone reconfirm the closing date of MCON as 10th March, as I initially saw it to be 9th. Some other sources are still mentioning closing date as 9th.

It is more important because Digvi Torq funds can only be used in MCON if it is closing on 10th March....

Kappo - I think Many reason contributing

1. Insane Valuations + Cooked Fsheets due to lax nors for SMEs
2. Mainboard investor coming to SME's post SEBI changes there
3. this Means they will get allotment somehow ( In retail + HNI both)
4. Bankers want to get rid of both of them before they operate the scrip
5. So change hands by giving some small gain / or I will drag you down
6. Game has changed - too much players getting in

@ KAPPO, many factors, market sentiment is negative, Adani fiasco, also every Tom dick and harry rushing to raise money via sme route, so valuations have got higher, promoters more greedy, in the long run current bearish sentiment towards SMEs is healthy, but sorry for those who are in loss and portfolios in red

1 fii creat short position in nifty future from 17800-900 .most of time primium trade with the movement of the nifty.
2 some time big player ko entry chaiye so manage listing like sealmetic.(10-10.15am 1 March ko around 700000-800000 share buy Kiya
3 ipo sequence me chalte he (2-3 month ki)
A66i listing & bad listing . Public ko side karne ke liye.

@Kappo bhai, if I understood it right.. what you are saying is that QIBs and FIIs create selling pressure so they can accumulate in pre open. Does that also not mean, it’ll be best for people to hold on for longer, rather than selling in pre open?
