Why SBI ASBA has yet not shown MCON Rasayan SME IPO ?

Dilip Davda ji analysis on Mcon ipo is surprisingly very funny. It appears that he is hesistant to give positive opinion inspite of no negative points in his analysis. Negative points in his analysis are not so negative like PE of 14.71 compared to PE of 50+ for listed biggies & ipo spending of 0.7cr.
His final conclusion: Only well-informed/cash surplus investors may take a risk, others can stay away. 😕😲

Company is good and also products are good but when it come to building something then the builders go to big brands as they have large manufacturing capacity and hence they offer products at less price. I think for short term company is good but in long term it may not sustain the margin pressure.
will sell on listing day if allotted with shares.
Pls help if i'm wrong.

only 7 cr ipo and GMP is already 65-70%. it makes sense only if one can apply minimum 200 lots. otherwise better to use limited funds in other opportunities.

As per Management of Mcon Rasayan
Plant is in Valsad and Navsari.
1 new plant in Vapi is in process.. After vapi plant is operational, this plant will be fully automatic. Valsad plant will be closed.. This will save cost and improve margin.

They have presence in mainly 3 states. Maharashtra. Gujarat and Goa
Will be expanding in M. P and Chhattisgarh first then planning to expand in south also.

Total 80 products
Special team for govt tenders
5 major customers based in Maharashtra
Order book is full as per plant capacity
Silicone is not used as core raw material
Powder is fast moving
Liquid is high margin
Ratio.. Powder 65%. Liquid 35%

Business is not cyclical in nature but a a short pause in monsoon season.

Revenue from govt tenders is around 20%, revenue from private companies is 80%
