It is discounted IPO at listing. See the continuous years of losses and asking price at high price band.

There are allegations right from 1993 that Allottment is not fair with KARVY. It is not known how far it is correct. However, there is reasonable ground for believing such allegation.

IMO the company seems to have presented a cooked up balance sheet to attract investors. Sale on listing day and make the money reach to your bank account. I don''t see any prospect for profits in future. I suspect that they might have done advance booking of income and deferment of some expenditures to manipulate profits of the last year. If that is the case,then the loss of current year would be much higher.

Allottees should exit on listing day.

Karvy is a bloody fraud, I think a big scam is going on in karvy! Never I have been allotted a single share if it''s karvy!
