I will apply this ipo because we are not a longer term investor we need only GMP and KoSTAK signal they gives a better return than going to check a fundamental...and this is the leader in this segments of marriage...there is the 180 rupee premium and 98 rupee discount...then 180+98=278...if we consider only 250 then if we get allotment then 250×15=3750....this profit is not bad...so if you can think something different then other tell overpriced if company overpriced then why the big investor cab bid in anchor investment..
This is my view your view can different from me but if you have a money then definitely apply this.

Few simple points on Matrimonial ipo. Please see list on major anchor funds. HDFC mutual fund and Small Cap World which is actually Capital Research. The overall issue size is small so both these funds can easily eat all the supplies from retail and hni segment.
Next, Matrimony is market leader in this category. It is making healthy profits and is not losing cash like Flip Kart and pay TM. It will definitely get premium multiple in such a case. The valuation is 30 times fiscal march 2019 PE. In my eyes, this is very reasonable for profitable company in internet.
