Retailers discount of Rs 98/ is the main reason of poor participation from NII. They intentional avoided it just to acquire shares at below price. Say, if it lists at a discount price of Rs 50/- means still retailer will still get rs 48/ profit per share and the HNI investor will be able to acquire share below the price fixed for them. Means its a win-win situation for both retailor and HNI''s.
