Only way is to apply from family members demat accounts. Only one application per PAN, multiple applications with same PAN are rejected

Open Demat Accounts of everyone in your family, by this you can apply as per the same.
Example : You & Your Wife, Your Wife & You, Your Children & u.

The first holder should not be same.

Per PAN only one application but few banks allow as many as 5 applications. So keep all required money in that account. Apply on behalf of each family member who have demat
