Fresh issue of Rs.307.4 crores & offer for sale of upto Rs.242.6 crores (118.6 crores by Deutsche Investitions, 86 crores by Nederlandse Financiers and 38 crores by Zerva Capital LLC) so total issue size is Rs.550 crores but a pre IPO placement of 41 lakh shares aggregating upto 135 crores so now issue size will be Rs.415 crores i.e. 90,21,739 shares out of which Rs. 2 crores i.e. 43478 shares reserved for company employees. So remaining 89,78,261 shares will be available for bids. Now category wise breakup:
QIB - 50% i.e. 44,89,130 shares, out of which 60% means 26,93,478 shares for allocation to anchor investors and remaining 17,95,652 share wiil be available for bids by QIB.
HNI/NII - 15% i.e.13,46,739 shares.
RII - 35% i.e. 31,42,391 shares that means only 98,200 lots of 32 shares each will be available for retail investors i.e only 98,200 applications required for 1X If approx 10 to 12 lakh applications received than 8-10% chances of allotment in retail category.
Good for listing gain as well as long term.

Allotment going to be tough in this IPO too due to small size. Only 90,200 lots available for allotment in retail category.

Bt If we take other income into consideration while calculating bottom line, then why should we ignore it while calculating top line. In my opinion other income should also be included.

Agrovet, MAS Fin, GIC, NEW INDIA ASSURANCE and many more to come are really good companies that is why euphoric subscription propelled by fundamentals. Its not an euphoria without any reason.
