For any bank/NBFC/MFI the big risk to the business is of NPAs.
For MAS as shown by you is only 1.1% which is on the low side and manageable.
With your recommendation, more retail applicants who were undecided will also jump in, making the allotment tougher.

and I have applied at Cut off Price. If I alloted than at which price at Discount price or Cut off Price allotement may be done in General Assembly case...?

I am planning to apply some big lots of MAS Financial..
Which one is good like Retail (13 lots) or HNI (14 lots).. which one has more offered shares???

Neither one is a good strategy. Retail is lottery so never bid more than 1 lot if it is oversubscribed. And to get sureshot lots under HNI, you need to bid the number of times it is subscribed in that category. So both Retail (13 lots) and HNI (14 lots) is a game of luck.

Non Institutional Investors = HNI ?? or different?
Under Non Institutional Investors there are 3 categories as listed below.. under which one we fall?
1. Corporates
2. Individuals (other than RIIs)
3. Others

I have read this on sooo many forums...that people are not happy and do not want Karvy as the registrar. What is the reason... and is it just speculation and rumours or has actually it been proved?

Most of the indore based marketing adviser company are fraud. they calls you and if u refuse than they misbehave.
Be careful.

Never trust these Indore , Bangalore or Pune based advisors , if they are so competent they should earn for themselves. Just open a demat a/c , no need of land , manpower etc to set up a factory etc. Total fraud . Beware !! Beware !!

Yes totally fraud they loss me upto 40k and asking me more money to recover existing loss.
also rejecting calls and and during trading they never concentrate.
