Hi Lokesh, Noorul & other experts, Please clearfy if Zerodha doesn't have BSE SME then we can sell BSE SME IPO on zerodha? If not if alloted in zerodha what procedure we need to follow to sell BSE SME IPO.
now days LM's role is not important, if company fundamentals are at least OK and subscription is satisfactory then just apply. past 6-7 months SME trend is changed, SME listings are giving better profit than mainline IPOs.
thanks spock. I still feel LM has an imp role to play to successfully steer the IPO but I agree that since last 5-6 months with lot of influx of retail investors, their job related to listing management has become easy.

Any new SME IPO, and there is flood of "New Member" messages that say IPO is good, must apply.... I request people to be vigilant (specially in SME IPO) and don't go by such 1 sided messages. Do your analysis, or follow experts advices before taking a call. Usually its difficult to pull out of SME IPO's even if on paper it shows big profits!
As per Dilip Sir's review for : Madhavbaug IPO - Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Ltd. (VSAL)
"If we annualize its FY22 performance with super profits and attribute it to fully diluted post IPO equity, then the asking price is at a P/E of 28.29. Thus the issue is priced exorbitantly. "
And for 'MARUTI INTERIOR' Dilip sir's review is:
"If we annualize FY22 earnings and attribute it on a fully diluted post IPO equity base, then the asking price is at a P/E of around 12.59 thus making it a fully priced bet."
Further the review dividend policy, MARUTI INTERIORS have paid dividend of "10% (on a pre-bonus equity base) for FY21".
I am new to SME ipos. Here are few questions. Please try to answer 1.How is allotment done in SME ipos(proportionate or luck draw) in retail. 2.Can we sell the credited shares on listing day or not? 3.Can i give zerodha demat account for SME ipo
The revenue is ok, but the lead manager ISK advisory has not done so well in previous sme. so better wait for suscription data than only apply. it seems that the ipo is very expenisve. the competior parin is comparatively cheaper available

Mostly its valid but in some sme ipo, registrar didn't accepted third party applications. There is no such clear rule and there is no way you can get the information before. you can go through below links for more info.
@lokes @nooral thanks for replying… I am also applying 1lot in retail as per my capacity on the basis below:- 1. Company is having increasing revenue… 2. No major tax litigations are due.. 3 Demand of Business model - modular kitchen will increase more in near future 4. Having 20% export sales also- and government always support export industries…
My point of view as per the financials only… others take your decision as per your understanding ..
