Why promotre holding lockin

Showing some resistant today, it should show reverse trend from today or tomorrow if maker show some supports. figure cross 🤞

Company's Fortune are connected to Real Estate. Builders need to be able to increase prizes to offset increased input costs (due to elevated oil prices and otherwise as well) to survive. If they are unable to pass on increased costs to buyers immediately, will put a significant pressure on their margin in the current environment. Increasing interest rates and no additional tax benefit offered in the budget.....have already reduced the probability of any miracle in real estate demand in short term.

Already reduced our exposure significantly and will look to exit completely soon. May reenter again if stock gives better opportunity in future and overall financial market remains stable.

Reduced our exposure at the right time and despite the continuous fall, not in a hurry to add more at this stage. Happy to wait N watch mostly on sidelines for now.

It will go below issue price like Precision very soon if market corrects.
There will be great chance to board on this at that level.

Even it goes under issue price, I believe, it will make a strong comeback.

Holding it. Today market went down.. all the scripts were feeling heat. I believe this company is fundamental very strog and at justified price.

Yeah, it's a good stock and daily it is going down just because of the panic between sensitive holders. Waiting for the turn to start UC festival. Holding it.

Have seen that those who don't own the stock give selling target taking advantage of their tag. Very irresponsible behavior.
It has almost double subscription than Nupur and have much growth scope so logo ne nazar laga diya.

Recently Someone said these :
1. For me the real value of abc company's share is 123 for example and lo investors k bure din shuru
2. From tomorrow there will LC in xy company's share lo ulti chaal chalna shuru.
3. YZ Co is good so those who have listing gain will start selling till ipo price comes so that they can enter it.
-> Guys, Whether you are aware or not but this forum is visited by hundred of thousands of visitors including market makers so keep your opinion to yourself or if you want to inform us in good faith then inform in such a way so that we are not at the receiving end of misfortune.
-> I know here few highly gifted men, those are really men of high caliber who can make or destroy anything but they keep their view moderate and disguise it in such a way so that we all can exit/enter safely.

Wish to understand from investors on the forum who are not prejudiced with their previous buy/sell decisions, the following:

1. Why it is irresponsible when some one shares anything NOT SO POSITIVE about the stock?
2. Why and how someone can so conclusively judge and state in the public forum that person sharing the NOT SO POSITIVE about the stock, doesn't own the stock?
3. Why it is not irresponsible when someone shares only POSITIVE FUTURE for the stock just because he/she owns the stock?
4. Why it is not irresponsible when someone already owning the stock doesn't even allow the alternative opinions about the stock to appear and respected in the public forums and openly form smaller sub-groups and ridicules and mock others.......
5. Why it is so difficult for all of us to respect diverse opinions and learn to use diverse opinions for their own and others benefit?
6. Why it is not irresponsible for some select few to openly and brazenly propagate ..that either you speak my words or you are my enemy?
7. Why it is not irresponsible for individual investors to have an investment methodology which is so sensitive that few comments on social media forum in either directions can de-stabilize their investment so easily?

IMHO, any online public forum will thrive only when we learn to respect diversity of opinion without prejudice and learn to co-exist peacefully and benefit from each other.

What is interesting to note is that Maruti Interior and DJ Media are rare SME stocks which did not recover a bit despite 2.56% Nifty rise today while most others have risen handsomely? Is there any news about Maruti Interiors which is adverse......?

It's fully operater base stock...we can't do anything right now....only watch stock down its issue price....and also create panic by allotted members who support for LC.

No one will buy if there is lakhs of sell order is there at LC, when seller understand there is no use of placing sell order at LC daily then buyer will come, i think best chance of recovery at Wednesday when circuit limit change to 10 or 20% and like vivo it will recover.
i am holding 2 lots and believing in maruti because of experts view of forum and subscription figure

I have been watching nupur, but its price 3.5 times costlier than IPO price. I am just at beginner and don't know how to know better price to entry/exit.

I earned more than 300% average profit in one year for the investments done during pandemic. I am again planning to take opportunity of global sentiment, this time by adding SMEs in the portfolio.

When we can aspect it to stop the lower circuit ? I Hope it won't go the way like Precision.

If someone missed to buy at listing price its available now :)

Definitely, gonna hold it. Those who can't withstand some loss or want to earn short term profit. May exit at this level.
