I think C E Info (map my India), data patterns, euro panel (good but check you have 140000/- to apply this SME), medplus are good to apply and I may apply these all. I will skip rest all. Other companies are with More price band, or in losses, and etc.

Guys Retail quota will get 350 crores, if we see tega IPO subscription then we can estimate that retail has 2000 crore in purse for good ipos. So retail quota under this IPO will be less than 16x subcription so high chance comparatively with paras defence etc.
