@prasen: probably its 5 applications but i am not sure about it, someone who has canara bank account can confirm on it. In their site, for physical applications, its mentioned as below:
"A maximum of 5 applications can be submitted from a single account per issue."
I hope same applicable for internet banking too in canara bank.

@hello: metro brands can be applied in retail but its better to book profit/loss whatever coming in it, on listing day. In my view, shouldn''t hold for short/medium term.

The windlas biotech IPO had 20x subscription across all categories.also good pe ratio compared to peers.company is also making profits also gmp was +80..then why on earth was it listed below the issue price? I am new to the market and was analysing recent IPOs but I couldn''t find a reason for its discount price..plz tell

both are very good to go, good gmp indicator and will have good subscription. both are two favorite children of market - tech and defense. lol 😁😁

Its depends on your goals - short/mid/long term etc..

Need your opinion on entering CarTrade now? Its trading close 45% lower than the ipo price. Is this a good time to enter the stock for 18-24 month lock in period?

Yes, i had reported this earlier too that data is coming from cache instead of live. I saw huge difference (almost ~10% less subscription in main tab and live subscription tab had ~10% more for RateGain IPO).

this is a very good ipo because good amount of shares for retail, good gmp, good business model, (and good acquisition candidate in future if you plan to hold it...)

Kindly help me out with my query.
Suppose the NII quota is subscribed 200 times, and i have a provision of applying
for 80 lots (or any number less than 50% of total subscription) for each of my 6 family members, in such a scenario
does it make sense to apply same no. of lots for all the family members so that they can be in same lot pool or should i
go with unique number for all the members?

I believe that less than 50%, if your lot no. is unique, you will not get allotted as probability is below 0.5
So i though of applying same no. of lots for all members so that lot no is not unique and hence more probability of at least 1 lot in the family.
Correct me if i am wrong.

You are absolutely correct .in first sentence instead of even I mentioned unique.hope you got the point.so less than 50% apply in even so it will be not unique .more than 50% apply in odd so that it will be unique
