I would like to know your thoughts on applying as NBFC Funded HNI ?
Is it feasible and is it advisable ?

I have been applying Ipo For last 1 year and following this forum since last 11 months .

I have intrigued by the discussions in the HNI threads and regularly track IPOs and check all BOA.
Also have learnt a lot from this forum''s member and their knowledge and would love to get your advice on this topic .

How much is the ROI Bajaj offered for MapMyIndia ?

I was told ROI is fixed at 11.5% and 2.5%FD interest. So total Interest is 14% and margin cost is 0.25%.

is it ok to apply at this ROI ? Did you apply ?

I have been a retailer doing 14 to 18 applications but have not got any allotment in recent good IPOs and so turned into funded HNI after your advise in a post that Bajaj offers HNI funding. Thanks for the advise.

What is the last time to accept upi mandate ?
If I apply ipo on Monday, can I accept upi mandate on Tuesday?

Have applied 2 bid, due to server error I have deleted this bid but after some time recieve a notification from upi app for accepting the bid, accept the bid and it done.
Zerodha account it was showing no bid is created. So, please help that bid is created or not

Why do some bids get auto rejected after that which are not included at the time of allocation?

But I have two doubts that one is mother''s current no. Is not linked to bank account nor to aadhar no.

Yes, your mother can open demat account.
1) link mobile number to bank account,
2) link Aadhar to her PAN No,
3) link mobile to aadhar,
4) make sure name spellings in ALL documents are same(usually Aadhar has minor differences),
All such linkages takes a day or two only.
Now go for demat opening.

No issue, just open account via offline mode.
