It appears they put all chits in a drum & shake it if it''''s 100 KG and basis of allotment is 1/50 they will takeout 2KG and they are lucky one. Because here some messages say out of 5 they got 3 other says out of 20 they got Nil. So no one knows the System. But I know there is rumor that applications of some brokers always get allotment @ cost with a particular RTA. But again not seen this too. So truth is not known. Although getting allotment from Link in time is always very difficult.😌😌😌

Does anyone really know how the draw of lots happened during allotment stage. Let us say, RII is subscribed by 3 times. So 1 of 3 has the chance. Does the computer select application no 1 and then 4 and then 7 and then 10 etc. OR is it by chit draw.

In computer programming language like Python we have random() function that gives random number. Something on similar lines would be used to allot IPO
