I wanted to ask you a query. Why is there so much pessimism regarding Manoj Vaibhav? It is available at excellent valuations as compared to peers , if I am not wrong.

Is the lacklustre QIB demand during IPO the reason behind this pessimism?

We will get exact information of target around 2 PM... Just track volume...in this total free float is around 60 lakh and present traded volume is 40 lakh so now next data point is delivery percentage that we will get only after completion of trading session... so looks like at least 30% delivery than if total traded quantity is 60-70 lakh+ than it will jump tomorrow...

Listing may be at ipo price. We would have to hold for a reasonable period for gains

Owning to the recent rally in Jewellery sector stocks, I think this company can benefit from it, the co is raising funds for opening new stores which is a big positive. The stock is offered at a reasonable PE, it’s growing around 15-20% yearly. PEG is well below 1.
If D/E ratio is brought in the range of .5 from the current 1.34. The stock can be rerated and can command a PE of around 20.

I don't go long on IPOs unless it's a business I want to own forever, so I will exit on listing. Expecting +/- 5%, followed by a plateau.

Hold 1 year you get minimum 50% return. Hold 1 lot only.

1.Whether 60 lakh share(free float) absorb on day 1??? 2.Whether people will sell even in discount??? 3.What is expected best buy zone??

My answer is
1.looks difficult based on activity on net, it will take atleast 2-3 days...
2. Few people will sell in panic and take down price and put pressure on other retailers...
3. I will buy more at 10% discount and then 20% discount if come...else avoid....

Senior people's view??? Or nobody interested in this???
