SMEs come down when there are too many outside investors and they go up when there is very less or no unknown investors. Promoters and LMs keep analysing the data from registrars. Only closed guys make money in SMEs, baaki sabko koi kyon kamane dega? :)

Also cant understand why circuit is 10% for some stocks n 20% for others. May be below 40 - 20% n above it 10%, may change to 5% even at a higher amount.

But look at the bright side,

Seriously there's no harm in applying here, just add more when there's panic selling.
For the current market price is fine, after all OFS is brought in order to benefit the early investor's of the company.

After watching listing of usk and avalon,
GMP at present day are not authentic.
When the issue started there were lot of hype and GMP maximum. But after closing the issue GMP getting decrease.
Will apply here surely but doesn't know it will give listing gain or not.

There are many discussions on gmp , price band , valuations , ofs , peer comparison etc bit one more thing I would like to highlight is sudden fall in borrowings in last 3 months by a huge amt
Especially before ipo this maybe a positive for the ipo or something fishy
I want opinions from all the forum members
This point must be definitely discussed
Also give some research analysis if possible

The borrowings are mainly short term loans for working capital. Mentioned in pg 62 in rhp. Dont think so its fishy.

Interesting data from rhp. Cairnhill is a mauritius based PE investor. Dont know about HEMA. The share purchase agreement (SPA) was on 31st March 2023 at 977rs per share.
Cairnhill is a selling shareholder in this ofs. Their acquisition cost is 274 rs per share.

Out of Share Market topic but very important one. **INDIA BECOMES MOST POPULOUS COUNTRY IN THE WORLD** According to the United Nations data, India has surpassed China to become world's most populous nation with 142.86 crore people. China has a population of 142.57 crore, according to the UN world population dashboard.

It is difficult for me to say that this is good, bad or a ugly news for our Country. This IPO may gain a lot from this news, I think.

According to Manish Chaudhary, Head of Research at Stoxbox, current grey market premium of about 7% is not encouraging, considering the size of the IPO at about 4300 cr.
He expects the grey market premium to dilute further over the period due to expensive valuation, higher borrowings and no use of proceeds for business purpose.
He believes that there are better opportunities in the pharmaceutical space available at attractive valuation if someone is willing to stay invested from a medium to long term perspective.

Mankind is overpriced.

Who decide Price band ? Why sebi not issue any guideline for Price band ? If Face value 10 Rs We count Price 10800 Rs for 1 Share . only OFS IPO

So you would buy if Mankind issues a 20:1 bonus and brings the share price down to 50? 😂 Comments like these are the reason why Zomato issued a 6699:1 bonus to bring the share price to double digits before launching its IPO.

Struggling with inflation, fully priced IPO.

May command 10-15% gains over peers after listing
But such gains will quickly erode with drop in nifty.
If stock is available at 27 pe then one can add this to portfolio
Revenue is rising but so are the expenses.
A good time cash in for promoters/ investors.
