Reserves are showing as 0.00 in Dec 21 and again in Dec 22.

What should we infer from this ? Good, bad or Ugly??

Nice to see the corrected figures in the "Reserves and Surplus" column.
Now this is going to instill a little more of confidence.

Something unusual:

One influencer continuously posting GMP. (As someone said appears only for big issues, not sure if paid promotion)
Second person replies to almost every comment which normally he does not, does not even participate in other issue.

Drugs of this company are normally cheaper that most others.
US FDA inspections for others is some assurance that quality/GMP is followed, while this company is not subjected to US FDA.
We all know reputation of Indian pharma companies, there have been many examples.
Anchors are no benchmark for how good or bad the issue is, but how good are managers in handling these people. (Temasek, Sing Govt participated even in Kalyan also and few other under water issues)

First day subscription doesn’t seem encouraging. First day is when all stakeholders fire all engines to put a decent number on board.

As far as grey premium is concerned , I wonder how much percentage of people on this platform have access to it. Any guess ???

Imagine this: a PE investor remained invested in the company for 9 years and helped the company with its capital requirement in its growth stage. Now the company does not need any additional capital and is able to fund its expansion/acquisitions with its own cash reserves. But a random retailer demands that the PE investor should not book profits on their 9 year old investment because he wants to flip the shares for some instant profit in 9 days...

Sir, hats off to you. You are as an auditor of this forum. You correctly point out the bullshit people post here from time to time. Some can’t even reply back because they don’t have good reason/ facts/ information to backup their comment. And so many times you make the person really search/find what they said was true or just plain rubbish, in the process everyone gaining knowledge about the same.

@Seth Well he is wrong, and someone called him out, now he learnt a new thing.
Auditor doesn’t mean he knows everything.
As far as my remarks were considered I have watched him question so many people for their basis of comment, and not only on this IPO but almost all mainboard IPO,s (I don’t actively participate in SME’s so don’t know about that).
If someone is always there to question/criticise so much unwanted information gets filtered out.

While it’s easy to point out anyone’s mistake it’s hard to appreciate their contribution.

@rsk as far as I am concerned I have seen Mr Arun rightly pointing out comments of all mainboard IPO’s.

@arunARUN That's calculation of OFS issue size not mcap.
Mcap is ~43k cr.
Total outstanding shares is 40 cr × price 1080 = mcap 43k cr

To whomsoever it may concern ,

Issue size in currency denomination doesn't equal to market cap.
It is totally wrong formula. Market cap is not the synonym of issue size. :)

good thing about retail getting unsubscribed you can apply till 4or 5pm(depends upon brokers).
You can cancell anytime if qib subs are not good.
Less chances of listing loss provided qib is good(>10x)
And also you can get shares upto 2 lakhs (1.96).
Applying 1 retail max application ,will cancel if qib doesn't cross 5x.

Long term -- may be.
Listing gain -- No.

i find from the financial data on the company here was an amount of Rs6106.06 crores as reserves and surplus as on 31/12/2022 and has become zero as on 31/3/2023. what happened to this huge amount as there is no increase in net worth of the company as at 31/3/2023 compared to net worth of 31/12/2022.

Why is the GMP falling?

The way it’s falling, GMP should be in single digit before the IPO closes!
Better to take apply or leave call on final day if you merely want to apply for listing gains. No point following anyone including me. Paisa aapka hai, sambhalna aapko hai. Nobody is bothered if you lose, except you!

Fundamentally company looks fine, but might be under some selling pressure since 72% shares reserved for individuals. Lets see how QIB turn up..
