Number of scripts in the market are overvalued and they continue to trade in exorbitant valuations.

This share too is offered at excessive premium, but this may also command higher premium on listing or thereafter, which is very difficult to predict.

It may not be possible to lay trap in this type of issues.

Anyhow, valuations are always debatable and there is no definite formula, to ascertain correct rate acceptable to all market participants.

However, I have applied, though the chances are very less for listing gain.
