I have a question related to grey trade

Assuming retail full application is Rs. 5000 & GMP is Rs. 50

Condition: (If discount listing happens)

If I sell 5 retail full application, then I will get Rs. 25000 & Loss will be borne by Dealer, If I sell 1000 shares @ Rs. 50, then Listing loss will be borne by whom?

If listing loss will be borne by dealer then why retail full application is @ Rs. 5000 only means Rs. 27 per share

3rd party application will be considered for allotment? Anybody got 3rd party allotment in recent mainboard IPOs ?

The its subscribed, it remembers me subscription of Global Health Ipo. You can analyze that Gloabl health ipo was subscribed in Retail by 0.88, in HNI 5.02 and the same way this ipo mankind subscribed in retail by 0.92 and HNI 5. Additionally, Global health was subscribed 28-29 times in QIB compared to that mankind subscribed by 49 times. On the same way listing of Global health was surprising and now lets get ready for another and more better listing of Mankind. Retailer please Do not sale single share in grey market, please hold till listing it will definitely gives you very surprising listing gain and also good for long term gain.

This IPO will surprise everyone on the upside because QIB subscription for such a big issue is 50 times and Retail less than 1. There will be huge demand by QIB post listing as their probability of getting is 1/50 and Anchor list is super. Its kind of Chinese promoted Pharma company listing during Covid times.

People are crying over FV of 1. It doesn't make any difference as ultimately stock price gets adjusted for PE.
PE is neither cheap nor over valued. As many peers are at higher valuation and company has Excellent Cash Flow and PE will get premium for better and higher cash flows. Company is a leader and has brand value also. So definitely will give listing gains. Company had bumper Anchor List and QIB support.

SHNI subscribed 1.41 times, does it mean that everyone who has applied will get the allotment?

Some application in retail will get rejected due to price bid lower than 1080 and due to wrong mismatches. Normally 2% number expected in this manner
So for valid cut off application expect full allotment

What will happen to remaing retail quota?

It will spill over in ratio of 20 QIB 10 bHNI and 5 sHNI. So every 35 left over shares will get reallocated in the manner given above
