I have a question related to grey trade

Assuming retail full application is Rs. 5000 & GMP is Rs. 50

Condition: (If discount listing happens)

If I sell 5 retail full application, then I will get Rs. 25000 & Loss will be borne by Dealer, If I sell 1000 shares @ Rs. 50, then Listing loss will be borne by whom?

If listing loss will be borne by dealer then why retail full application is @ Rs. 5000 only means Rs. 27 per share

Forget Mankind, keep eyes on Wipro, it is going to announce buyback of ~11000 cr by Tender route. After official declaration much movement will be here.
Another tender route declaration awaiting today is Welspun India, stock already moved up from 66 in short time frame, so buyback news probably leaked before declaration of agenda of meeting.

Record date, not declared, On small premium of nearly 19%, but good SMEs are out of reach, mainboards lacking of charm, so I think this as good opportunity, participating by adding quantity 500 in tranches till record date assuming today's closure.

Even if QIB's are not allowed to borrow, but as a prudent financial manager, they are still expected to earn 12%. I agree with the calculations of Shyam ji. Hoping for 1200 listing atleast.

Any way, gain hona chahiye...Qib ne arround 90-95 thousand invest Kiya hai..so kuch to bada hoga

You won't get any shares at 1026, at cutoff you could get full

No you won't get any shares ... It's an oversubscribed issue at upper band. Doesn't matter if the retail has been undersubscribed.... Lower band applicants will be excluded in the first step along with other rejections...

The applications all done n dusted. This should stop the debate of whether applying was good or not ...
Almost all will get confirmed allotments. Here's wishing all the applicants a very good listing. May this issue break the chain of poor main board IPO performance..... The company is definitely a good one. One shouldn't rush to sell it just in case the listing isn't as per their expectations. I would suggest to leave it in your PF n forget about it for a few years.....

I applied 1 bHNI, 1 sHNI (min shares) and 2 Retail (max shares) . Let's hope for a descent listing.
