You say you have 1st hand knowledge..... You must have done that work of so called bribing the doctors for your sales n thats how you know and expect all doctors to be same. FYI I am a doctor and so you cant have more first hand info thn me ...... A doctor has to write some brand and believe me a vast majority of doctors would never write a brand or medicine if they believe it wouldnt benefit their patients. For a few who do, there are black sheeps in all professions.
People like you so coonveniently use terms as bribe, nexus, collusion for doctors why? coz they write medicines for a particular brand? Lets believe you once that all doctors do it......Tell you what, what would you call a financial market agent or broker who sells financial products such as bonds, funds, insurance etc and in the process get cut from the financial institutions, companies or banks? Well I am sure thats not curroption, or is it?
Besides what would you call a filmstar or a celebrity or models who advertize a product influencing the public to buy a particular brand without actually using it and in return get a payment or commission in doing so? Thats not collusion right?
This can be extrapolated to all corporates.. most of you are getting a salary to sell something. Why is that not a corruption?
Raising fingers on doctors is the flavour for people like you. So convenient? Doctors prescribe massive tests in corporate hospitals coz of pressure? If they do, why do you visit such hospitals.. Stop going there. Besides how are doctors to blame here. They dont make profits ...its the corporate owners who do. Why dont you ask your elected representatives the question why they are allowing corporate culture in health sector? We know wherever corporate enters they will look for profit.
Two sectors health and education were never meant to be for profit sectors..... But unfortunately they were opened to corporates and now you see the result. Do you blame teachers when the school asks for massive fees or to buy books and uniform from a particular shop? No You blame the school management... But if hospitals charge hefty fees, doctors are to blame......
How much is the fees of any big corporate hospital senior doctors? 2k/3k/5k....? Have you ever enquired the fee of a senior lawyer? They charge in lakhs for a single hearing but then that is ok for people like you but doctors are corrupt n greedy.....
The entire nation saw covid run havoc in the country ....More than a thousand doctors lost their lives attending patients. Nobody acknowledges that but will stand first in the line to highlight how corrupt doctors are.... Go look yourself in thr mirror first before pointing fingers at other professions.
