Expert Guidance Needed.
Just checked the EMI latest uodate (Electronics Mart India), they said promoters will give exit opportunity to dissenting shareholders on change in object of Prospectus (fund utilization).

On the same Topic
If i have a shares of XYZ company (In loss).
Thay are changing Clause V of MOA
if i dissent it, will i get Issue price as exit opportunity?

Asking this as have huge loss in a company.

In Exit opportunity, Proce will be decided on higher of 3 conditions, one of which is acquisition price.

I have always believed that QIBs are the most knowledgeable in the market and often took decision to apply for an ipo based on QIB participation.
Few examples are Bandhan Bank, Rainbow Hospital, Aether Industries etc.
Bandhan bank, I remember was being quoted at gmp of 49-50 before listing which listed at 124 rs premium (33% returns).
Rainbow Hospitals was affected due to bad market sentiments but I kept holding for few months and ultimately it showed it's colours..
Aether Industries also listed with 10% premium and went on to hit another 10% UC on listing.
Mankind is also showing similar trend after QIB response and I'm sure of 15% gains if market doesn't spoil the game..

According to sources listing possible around 1190-1210 and also post listing demand possible by qibs who didn't received allotment but exit at 1300 because the valuations will be crazy then

Shni was 1.73 around & after spill over and subscription nos app wise it came down by 37:49 (1.32) so one can assume the according tho similar pattern shni also will be full firm.

I've assumed a conservative case here for sHNI.
Min.90% to allotment hona hi chahiye, actual me to isse jyada hi hoga.
As you said after the application wise data consideration, sHNI may also get full & firm allotment.
