The Grey market premium may continue to rise till Short Sellers run out of money.

Actually the premium fall from 90 to 30 during IPO days due to overselling. Later the premium kept of rizing, and people sold almost 80% of applications. Now Grey market is making the short seller run for squaring up.

Lets see where does it end, 1200, 1300 or even 1400.

Trust all are having a good day.

Just wanted to post a thought here and get reactions/ comments. As far as the valuation goes, this seems to be fully priced in - but as someone on this forum said, "valuation is just a number and it can change very quickly" - just basis on some very quick calculations I am presenting a base case below:

Keeping in the mind the trend over last 3 years, Mankind has been growing at a CAGR of 15.5%. If we expect the same growth for 2022-2023 the annual revenue comes out to be somewhere around 9200 crore. If it manages to post a number in this ballpark the EPS would rise to around 38-39 and PE would fall down to ~28.

Maybe the big boys (QIBs) know something about the results that us small players do not - hence such interest from them. ;)

What do you guys think?

@PLAZA Sir, no major benefit now just that the application with 2314 shares will get proportionately additional allotment as the issue is undersubscribed application wise.
Expecting 370-380 shares allotment for the 2314 share application. (Was expecting more when I had applied around 2.45 pm last day as the subscription in bHNI was just 3x that time).

@PLAZA Sir, Assume someone has sold 100 premium call for 20/- now following are the possibilities based on pre-open listing.
1. Listing premium < 100 (Seller would get entire 20/- per share and buyer will loose 20/-)
2. Listing premium between 100 and 120 (Seller will get 120 - listing premium and buyer will get listing premium - 100)
3. Listing premium > 120 (Buyer would get listing premium - 120)
