MOS UTILITY SME IPO:

I applied 5 retail applications but i didn't get allotment.

My amount is still blocked and I wrote mail 2-3 times to Skyline. I received a mail from them for some details & I provided all the details but now from 4-5 days there is no response from them.

What to do now? I need my funds for some urgent personal work.

I would say contact the branch, they have authority to remove lien.

I was just comparing the financials of Mankind Pharma with Gland Pharma, both Re. 1 FV. Have a look (Figs in Rs. Crores)

Thogh I have not considered equity capital, just imagine the upside possible in Mankind after its listing.

I have firstly corrected the figures.. 2022 revenue for Gland was 401 instead of 4401

Now coming to the total shares of the company..
Mankind has ~400,000,000 shares while Gland has ~164,000,000 shares

Owning 1 share in Gland is equal to owning 2.43 shares of Mankind bcz Mankind has simply more number of outstanding shares..
Also, the way I look at it, Gland has a good profit margin of 28% whereas Mankind has margin of 18%... Hence if Mankind is listing at 1200 (Assuming it lists at GMP)
Then Gland definitely is very very undervalued at 1358... and Gland should easily be above 2400 because of Healthy margins and Less dilution...

It was a typo. Thanks for the correction. Good that you have brought O/S shares into account. Anyway, it would be exciting to see how Mankind lists considering the euphoria it should built up by the time it lists.

At the outset we thank you for your continued patronage with HDFC Securities.

Changes in Limits for Cash Product:

· Buying Limit shall not be allowed to buy different / same stock against sales proceeds of stock during the day .However fresh funds can be brought into, to get limit for further buying a different stock & buying back 50 % of the same stock.

· For any Funds hold done, funds shall be debited from the linked bank account towards Intraday Allocation to Exchanges and shall be released back in case there is no obligation against it at end of day.

· Example : Client Mr A has Sold 1000 Shares of XYZ Company Limited at Rs 1100 per Share on Monday in Cash Product , Will Mr A be allowed to use the sales proceeds for buying different Stock / Same Stock ?

No, Client Mr A will not be allowed to buy different stock / same stock (XYZ Company Limited) against sales proceeds of stock XYZ Company Limited, however he can bring in fresh funds and get limit for further buying a different stock & 50 % of the same stock. Funds shall be debited from the linked bank account towards full buy value stock.

The above changes shall be effective 2nd May 2023 begin of day.

Manforce condoms and Preganews contribute to large extent in the revenue. Preganews sees a major penetration opportunity since it has already captured 75% market share of pregnancy toolkits. While pregnancy toolkits have very less consumption of about 17-18%, it has a great growth opportunity there.

@tejasa Not more than 195 shares as the issue is oversubscribed application wise as well in sHNI category.
