Dear 933024 , Trade details for 04/10/23 BSE_CASH Z-626 210659 -1600@79.92 Bills BZ-626 127715 Cr Ledger:111680.91 Cr.MNCL. I sold the lot on listing day. As per pre listing scenerio it was obvious that share will go down. I put my order at 79 and it sold at 80.

Broker offering me 4500 for cancelling application, which I sold for 90000.

I told broker, ye be 4500 tum hi rakho, tumhare baccho ke dawa daru ke kaam ayega.

Why some news is published in paper. That destroyed the sentiment of retailers. Big HNI participated in the issue.Chairman is good qualified person and why he didn't oppose this type of news. One big investors made a application of 22.40 lacs share which amounts to 17.0 cr. March 2023 yrly profit is more than 10 cr . So what is the wrong with the company

Listing will be positive around 90.00 to 95.00. Don't worry. Enjoy listing.

As per BASIS OF ALLOTMENT (BoA) available, one big application of 22.44 lacs share applied and it was allocated 417600 shares. And similarly 6 application of 50000 to 120000 shares applied and they were allocated to 10000 to 22000 shares. Hence HNI investors did not endorse this news. Now all these big investors got the clearlity of the news. So it is possible that 10% premium listing is possible.

Feeling lucky to get 0/9 allotment in Mangalam

This appears fake news. Gray was written instead of Grey. This is blamed that multiple times pricing done, this fact is also fake. This is reasonable company having factory area 40000 sqm which land cost would be nearly 50 cr. Promoter is Uttam Chand Mehta who is very intelligent and well qualified person studied at BITS Pilani. Bank has given loan of around 150 cr. All these facts seems to be correct hence this news might be fake. It may be possible that some internal issue we are not knowing.

Mr Uttam Chand Mehta is chairman of the company. He is technically qualified from BITS Pilani nearly 40 yrs back. So his technical mind will support the company's sustained growth. But why not heavy subscribed and GMP suddenly down from 25 to 0

For Longterm Mangalam alloys is looking great with these financials.

Any chances of early listing ? Anybody else has any news ?

Today at present it is seller pack with 6 lacs shares .You can't sell as of now. You have to wait for it . Paper news seems to be correct.

Listing against all odd at par in bad sentimental market is a good news. Only 7.21 lakhs shares traded. Tomorrow's morning will be very crucial.
When we don't get any allotment in SMEs, it is necessary to keep patience.
*NO ALLOTMENT IS BETTER THAN A BAD ALLOTMENT*
I have not been allotted even a single SME from last many years. But I never apply in bad or even average SME. Never bother about allotment.
In your case done is done. Always learn from the mistakes. It's difficult to give any opinion for me.
Every investors make mistake. Mistake is a step to learn. For learning, sky is the limit.
