Hello @Jugaadu, I am not holding it or never had in past. For me, this is a risky bet, and should be exit, if possible. If one can hold for long term, then it can give some returns, but again, in short term I do not see this one touching its issue price, forget about giving returns.

But as @CL BASSI said that the results are on 10th June, if something exceptional declared, this will gain some movement, but then again, not expecting it to give any good returns in short to mid term (considering good results too). While on lower end, there is no limit as per my opinion.

The management of AVP is above top class. One of the best best.

I saw the promoter's sharing on some other platform day before yesterday ( I can't mention but pls I hope u understood) and people asking if he could do concall.He replied okay we will soon.

I thought maybe he is just replying to not let down anyone.

Guess what. Today I see an update from the company and they are doing a concall on 7th June. And that too not an ordinary timepass one. Just look at the concall advertisement. It is damn crazy.

Well this is more than enough for me, to hold this company for long-long time. I mean rarely do you get such good management gems. It shows management cares for its investors.Just 2-3 people asked for concall and they have obliged to it.

Now I am sharing this with you all because as a new investor, I don't expect new SME companies to do this. But this one AVP Infra, won my hearts ❤️❤️

Dear @rohiitian Sir and @Dhiraj Ramchandani Tysm for making me aware of the company's potential during the IPO. Again a case of easy allotment due to fear in public.

But this is a gem 💎 The fact that the promoter won me by conducting the concall.

Would love to know your views about this act of management. Often we talk of businesses but overlook promoter's intent to safeguarding investor interest.

Once the issue is resolved in next few hours, I might sell and exit.
Don't want to hold on to a SME that too the one which listed in discount.

If flippers have bought then may open at LC tomorrow.
If some known good names are in the list then it could be positive for short-term and UC may continue.

@rohiitian, any reason for skipping this completely? Would like to know your valuable views

Personally couldn't see upside at the asking price
- 25 TTM PE for a biz thats not showing growth in current year is high (in my view)
- land for expansion is not yet approved for industrial use, so any capex could be delayed, delaying growth
- still a tier 2 player, so very dependant on overcapacity flowing from OEMs to tier 1s to them

Otherwise company looked good, with decent capabilities & clients validating its quality, but price was uncomfortable to me @Diligent IPO Learner

I feel Kamlesh Thakkar buying is neutral, Kirti bearing is positive and Multiplier which is renowned flipper is negative.
So - overall large deal data is neutral according to me.
Maybe looking at the price action tomorrow and then taking further call should be the way to go here.

How do these flippers work ? Why would someone buy high and sell lower ?

​I feel if flippers keep doing this slowly and steadily their entire capital will vanish and we'll be a flipper free country.

But have to acknowledge that flippers are needed to break big LCs and inject momentum back into a stock (until they sell again, but it gives enough chance for buyers to pile back in).

​@rohiitian - No doubt they provide good liquidity and play important role in breaking circuits.
But I'm just unable to understand, how do these flippers make money ?
Most of the times I've seen them buying high and selling lower.

​@GrayIsTheNewBlack Haha I guess it averages out. They made 50% return in no time in Emmforce, 100% in GVL, so a few misses is par for the course. Still what they do is risky - wonder if they all coordinate and pile in and out together like we can see in many issues.

​@Pangaj Don't be like me - I have booked the loss today, as momentum is missing in this counter. Didn't want to get stuck.

​@Pangaj Don't be like me It depends on person to person. I am holding. This is behaving like Aluwind, an SME which I am holding. Unless and until the low of day 1 is broken on an closing basis, no problem for me.

Also on valuation parametric, I am comfortable. So downside risk seems protected. Though this may remain range bound for a long time. No one knows when breakout will come.

But pls don't take a decision based on this. I am also a learner.
