Asking to much Valuation.. Like the payTM.. So better to avoid.. Nothing will be lost if you will miss it..

This Company issued Bonus shares in the ratio of 12899 : 1 in May 2022. Pre Bonus Equity 0.024 cr and Post Bonus Equity 310.48 Cr. Yet they have priced IPO price greedily at 324. Might be another PAYTM, CAR TRADE etc etc

Yeh Mamaearth sab ko. "maamu" banane aa raha hai... Be careful of hefty valuations. Lot of media PR exercise done to sail this IPO at unrealistic valuations and then exit by promoters and early investors at 100 times profit. Retail investors be watchful.

It is trap don't get trapped else will have to wait to recover capital upto 3 to 4 years

I expect Mama to list at NSE/BSE at Rs. 1.35 on Nov 10th.

I see employee portion oversubscribed by 3.22 times as of now.

I guess, the company should have allotted 100% to employees instead of going public.
