Another self-fulfilling prophecy, Surprise listing hui toh "Maine bola tha", nahi hui to "thode din ke liye gayab".

Surprise listening is possible, as in many cases earlier, because suspicious people are acting as per their plan. But for long term we have example of NYKAA where dishonest promoters even acted against small shareholders while issuing bonus shares.

But they dumping this stock at Rs 308 to the public.

what is the reason they have reserved only shares worth ~Rs1.1 cr for the employee category?

do they want to show a rosy picture that the employee category subscribed multiple times? gimmick?

Employee 165% , Overall 5% subscribed, great going.
yes may be less employee hence less reservation.

in the irm energy ipo, no of appln received was 7785 and accepted appln after rejection was only 103. so dont rely on employee subscription data.
yet to study other ipo employee quota details

another lic, car trade , zomatto, etc etc give money to shilpa sgetty so that there hus and buisness will grow rapidly
