Such a great financial figures of total revenue, reserves and surplus, net worth and naturally borrowings. But PAT not attractive that much. 9 months figures of current f.y. is good but PAT looks doubtful.
Generally Total Revenue of this SME is very high compared past SMEs. Not a new company. Price Band seems tobe very high. Total size also looks on the higher side. It could have been main line IPO also.
Waiting for final announcement, till that time issue looks very interesting. Fingers crossed.

Please read as : price band likely to come on very high side, therefore, total issue size will also beon higher side.
Holding of 100% equity is good. Not sold any equity to others. Even business model not bad.

Dec 22 numbers obviously look bloated up for the IPO.
And yes, so low PAT (ignoring Dec 22 numbers) on such high borrowings doesn't inspire confidence.
