Things are very quiet on MGL front ...

GMP quoted is 103-105 per share (Kostak 1150) ... but very thinly traded ... hence not reliable.

Some approvals are still pending from SEBI ... It seems that many of the SEBI officials have been away for their summer vacations and hence the delay ... and If the SEBI approvals don’t come in by early next week then even the issue dates might have to be postponed ... and moreover lately, there are also rumours floating in the market that the price band maybe revised downwards (closer to 450, and not 485) ... given all this uncertainty, the RHP is not yet printed ... hence, I am unable to look at the financials for FY 15-16 so as to compare MGL with IGL & GujGas.

But then we have some super smart members in the forum ... They are so intelligent that they are able to give fair value for MGL as 640 ... Without even having seen the data for FY15-16 ... It is so Amazing ... Hats off to those guys !!!

I only wish that they could teach me also how they do it
