it is good company not a great company however compare to its peers it is still under priced short term i will hold and also and more on dips. long term it is not one of those fly away stock to speak given the sector they in were growth is high single digit and prices still part regularised . however it is safe bet u will see good div paying however price would not move much. IMO on the next run up sell one lot and keep the rest as long term

So less chances of cornering

And ya its valuaction is cheap but there is rare groth of company top line as well as bottem line...plus gov. Compay. So government regulactions....

I think it will surly move towards below 500 one should take position below 500...

I also think it will some support below 500 . As qib are interested in this stock...

Exact low of 518 in nse seems to be preplanned one. Accumulation seems to be done at 525.
Operators will now take it to below 500 levels to scare, and then take it upwards

Had a very very strong urge to buy at 520 levels. But decided against it. Tomorrow will see again which way the price would move. My take is that it should move down to 490 levels before it can move ahead with some steam. Lets see if my decision of not buying today was a good one or a bad one.

Do not worry. Its just a simple demerger taking place. LKP Finance would be split into LKP Finance and LKP Securities. Transferee Company(LKP Security) will issue and allot to each member of the Transferor Company(LKP Finance) equity shares in the Transferee Company(LKP Securities) in the ratio of 6 (Six) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each (credited as fully paid-up) of the Transferee Company(LKP Securities) for every 1 (one) equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each (credited as fully paid-up) held by such member in the Transferor Company(LKP Finance) as on the record date which is 07 Jul 2016.

Its a big positive hence no need to worry.

Hi Deepak, I also believe pls. hold the shares for long term, it will soon touch 900 levels, I have bought 50 shares in 525 and have not got any shares in allotment.

usually i sell shares of IPO allotment in such a way that my share value comes to rs 0

say i got 105 share MGL sold at 82 @ 545 = 44690 and ipo allotment 105*421 = 44205 free share life time = 23

Not a long term hold. Not much of an upside going forward. Good dividend pay out though. Those looking for limited downside and good dividends can hold. But capital appreciation will be very limited.

Chitra Ji- This concern was already visible during IPO time. But it was ignored as seen by the subscription data. So my assumption (and stock market is all about perception and assumption) is that due to IPO over subscription and somewhat monopoly in Mumbai region, this stock will do good. It will touch 600 in 6-9 months.This may not be a blue chip stock but worth the risk.,

In my original post I was not talking about 6 or 7 months. I was talking about long term. Market is not all about perception it is about numbers too.

MGL sell or hold

Buy in the range 520-530. Hold for a month with target of 580. SL at 515. EOD today target at 540.

Well the demand is BIG. So it won''t test 500. It will test 520-525. Once it crosses 530 it will go to 540 and settle there. might touch 550 again today. EOD target at 540. SL at 519.
