merge will have its synergy on the share price which we already saw 20% jump on friday so market likes the news IMO we could see more consolidation in this field... however what interested me more is big jump infibeam share price fundamental the stock is rubbish only reason i can think of this big jump is back door entry for big overseas online players from china or USA to start online platform let wait and see

Correct septa sir.. Infibeam behaving like anything.. I m tracing it since listing. Every day this shar is raising question on our calculation.. Even though all online players are in red signal to raise funds and owards their valuatuon this share is moving in green.. Don''t knw abt growth of price.

QIB category is 12,247,250 Equity Shares = Rs.516Crores

NII category is 3,674,175 Equity Shares = Rs.155Crores

RII category is 8,573,075 Equity Shares = Rs.361 Crores = 244,945 Application Forms

Employees category is 200,000 Equity Shares = Rs.8Crores

Total Issue Size is 24,694,500 Equity Shares = Rs.1040Crores

TRP means Tax returns personal appointed by IT Department Rs 100 for salary personal and Rs 200 for others.
SBI online ITR charges Rs 200/
Union bank online charges Rs 200/

If MGL lists with such a premium, then it would trade at a PE multiple of around 17.25 as against IGL''s 20.77. It would be appropriate to book listing gains in such a scenario.
