IndusInd, on behalf of Axis Bank, had made an application for 1.71 crore shares of natural gas distribution company for Rs 421 a share. But, the share subscription went in ''individual'' category instead of the Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) category. 

The Bombay High Court has directed the registrar and lead managers of Mahanagar Gas''s recently-concluded initial public offer along with stock exchanges to consider Axis Bank''s bids for shares in the issue. 

Due to the above reason...allotment status of MGL ipo is minor delayed.( only minor.... will b available soon)

Would this would have been on Hold if someone like us would have applied to QIB instead of Retail. They would have rejected the application without any reason.

I applied for Thyrocare IPO earlier and was allotted 1 lot . There was discount of 10% for retail investors if I am not wrong. When shares were allotted to my account it was without any discount. Where can I see this discount ?

Don''t be childish. There is at present, no better registrar than karvy or linkintime...

Complaints can be filed against this RTA at scores.gov.in for "Deficiency of Services".
The RTA performance was not upto the mark in the past IPOs as well.

Investors can post their grievance on SEBI Scores and this is an apt platform to register our concerns against the RTA. The more, the merrier and it will enforce the regulator to take stringent action against the RTA.

Among the registrars, I think linkin is better.. except link and karvy, others are to serve penny stocks...

Registra are not in fault. Court order direct them to include the bid so they need to revise allotment process. I dont think so your score application will be considered in this case.
