Virtuous Capital Limited holds 4.63% shares of this company before IPO,
Virtuous Capital Limited is also an investor in BEW before BEW IPO.

Ratnakar Rai is "Non-Executive and Independent Director" of this company,
He is also the Independent Director of BEW also.

This IPO listing will be interesting.

@Eva what was your idea in sharing this information actually its surprising that Virtuous capital is investor in both these companies and have delivered excellent return to all the investors.

what role did virtuous capital played in these issues. I just checked on Bew Engineering it's gone from 58 to 1000 in six months I clearly missed it

As per its EPS and PE, its too highly priced at 73 rs. Approx 2.5times more costlier than maruti ipo and last 2 years good profits might be due to corona etc, in 2020, it posted loss even on higher revenues....
if subscription becomes little better say more than 4-5 times then risky people may apply for listing purpose mainly....but for holding longer, i don't think its good bet with this issue price and issue size, for this business until future earnings improves...

Still doubting.. After all experts fell face first. Instead of supporting a good company u choose to cry sour grapes.

@SidK : Even dilip davda sir gave "Avoid" rating who is sebi registered expert, we are just using our experience. And in my initial post here, i even mentioned risky people may apply for listing purpose. Obviously No one would be knowing accurately how it will list so its all about taking risk, what if it had listed average or discount etc then you wouldn't be coming here to post, and if you/anyone were sure its good company or will list good then simply you can apply like others have applied. Others can guide only either its dilip sir or anyone, final decision individual has to take as per his risk since loss/profit will also be his only. And even before listing, i gave my opinion again in above third no. comment as i missed to check last day else i also might be applying and informing here. And its no big deal in sme's to have surprise listing/movements in some of the companies, operators can also easily manipulate these.

TO ALL SENIOR MEMBERS.... A QUERY PLEASE ANSWER

Can anybody please guide how to find the present value of any share if it has given so many bonuses or split so many times in the past 3 or 5 years etc,
For example, an SME IPO closed on 27th Jan 2017 listed on 6th Feb 2017, I got the allotment for that share & even sold it with good profit, later on, it gave so many bonus & splited after I sold that. Its lot size was 1600 & allotted price was 81, its current price is 32.95 which is after so many bonus & split, probably my profit should be more than 10 or 15 lakh with that single lot if kept that shares till today, now as I was doing some kind of research please guide how can I calculate how much will be the total number of shares it will be today from that 1 lot 1600 shares if kept till today (from where we can get all the information about the bonus, splits happen in that share), How can I calculate the total present value of my investment if kept till today (my investment + Profit)

Like my investment were at that time was 1600X81 = 129600.

Please guide a request to all senior members who can help

Have gone through their prospectus.. they already have all infrastructure ready to cater current demand....

SME ipos are generally operator game ..
Valuation..PE etc hardly matters here..
I never invest in any SME for long term ..i apply them only for listing gain..

Listed at almost 30 percent premium ..Enjoy..

EPS for 6 months is 1.75rs and for this year it can be 3.5rs. Promoter is asking for 20PE in SME IPO.

Please ignore this IPO. Just a wait of money and time. Book value is only 11crs. Per Share book value is almost Rs15 only.

Dharmendra ji there is no negative news for the company.

There have been alot of positive news for the company since last 1 month. I think tomorrow it should be last LC.

Bhai..Advertis8 to Adani ki bhi ki hai..and precision ki kar chuka ..precision already 47 percent premium par list hua ..Adani minimum 50rs listing gain.dega ..but i m expdcting 300+ listing in Adani.

Now Coming to Madhavbaugh....i am expecting a listing gain of 30-50 percent in this counter...

All views are for listing gain only irresp of any other technic data...i am .not intersted in long term investment in this counter.

Very high asking price, will avoid this one.

This IPO looks very costly on the basis of EPS and book value.
