Investors have to be very careful in applying for OFS IPOs. Just check recent MAINBOARD OFS
IPO price. Listing day price. Name of IPO.
577. 539. Uniparts 100% OFS
270. 218. Abans Holdings 80% OFS
357. 331. SULA Wineyards 100% OFS.
366. 363. KFIN Technologies 100% OFS (now trading at 318)
247. 227. ELIN Electronics 70% OFS (now trading at 153).
While all the above IPOs are MAINBOARD, one SME IPO REETECH International Cargo with 45% OFS also listed in Discount. Against the IPO price of 105 it closed at 83.60 on listing day now trading around 65. So be careful while applying. Don’t blindly follow attractive GMP. Had this Issue Not OFS, it’s really a very attractive.

Even though 100% OFS is a concern, Post Issue Promotor Holding of 73.65% looks positive.

You are right that generally the ofs, either in full or part, is not good for investors. This is because when a promoter want to exit, he will always want the maximum valuation of his investment only and this is his right. But the company and the market makers should see the price and the interest of the investors. But the both never in favor of the investors.
When any promoter takes exit, it doesn't mean always that the fundamentals of the company is bad or not good. It's always a strategy of such promoters. Either they are interested in a better upcoming fund needed company or retain funds for himself.
Here I am going to give only one example. 1re share face value total ofs of LTI at 700 apiece. It was not listed good and touched also 650. Many
senior members of this group was against the IPO at that time. All have right to express his/her views. Alltime high of LTI is 7500 or so and today it was 4887 closing. Because all IT shares are suffering. It's the group, the fundamentals, the management and the sector, which altogether makes any company great. I am holding IPO allotted shares till date.
But it is always better to be careful in all such ofs.
Specially small investors with less appetite, should always think twice or thrice before applying.
OFS is good for company and bad for investors if at high valuation.

But have just a small doubt.

Why they borrowed more than 2 cr in last year, as they have strong Cash & Cash equivalent of around 1.4 cr.

Fixed Asset is land (construction also).

For Loans
Secured 5.5 cr, ROI is okey.

Unsecured 3.5 cr ROI is high (in ranging 14% to 19% as well, majorly around 16%).

So, concern is only increasing debt.

Otherwise financial are good.

Someone in market saying that as shera has 80% ofs , so gud premium on listing gain cant be expected, to macfos to 100% ofs hai, kya shera jaisa same situation hoga?

In a listed company if the management is buying the preferential offer shares at higher valuation than the CMP of that share - is it a good or bad thing ?

It is good as it indicates the management faith in future growth prospects of the company. Promoters increasing their share without any pledge are liked by the market.

Better to apply this instead of sealmatic ,because of huge listing gains expected in macfos.sealmatic listing gains may not be possible and hence can be taken in secondary for long term because of its fundamentals.however it would be prudent to apply macfos and try lucky for listing gains.my view

True, Never got any allotment in heavily subscribed IPO in last 3 years despite applying from 2 account. Got many dark horses but could not realise their capacity.
