This stock really suprised everyone

bhot din baad ajj acha movement dikha hai iss share me.

Price coming down? I think problem was the 100% OFS by one of the promoter group person. If company has future why one promoter exit fully? Also all ipo money gave to that person! Not even one rupee left for business...

This is the only negative for this stock at this time. However still promoters hold more than 70%. Promoter cost of acquisition may be very low. They have full rights to encash at some point.

Current market sentiment is bearish that's why.

Exited from this stock today in preopening.

All the current shares of hems are finding it very difficult to bounce back.

Systango is also very risky.
As ipo size is big and high selling pressure will be there.

I have invested for long term on listing day as company p/e was not so much high at 180, it was around 27-28. My p/E valuation expectation for every sector is going high after watching P/E of Adani shares where p/e can be as high as 400 so not my fault

What i think is..
This is not HEM's fault.
If you were allotted with the share you should have sold it on the listing only. 80% percent returns is not easy to get but you didn't sell that means you were expecting more which is your fault.
Macfos already listed at very high price.
LC was confirmed.
And people who bought on listing day ignored the valuation as valuation of company was very high at rs180+. You should have waited for the price to come near 135 and then bought it.also it was full ofs that means company is not thinking for long term.
HEM is not responsible for taking the price of the share upwards.
If you genuinely feel that company is good then you should go for long term.
This is my thought please dont take it otherwise. All the best to you guys.

Something fishy in alottment heer. Looking at BOA, there seem to be consideration for odd lots. Ie no alottment consideration for 10, 15, 20, 25 lots etc. Whereas these would be the normal sizes for someone looking to apply.
Am I missing something ?

Disclosure in Basis Of Allotment is sample basis only. Whereas in some of the cases, Registrars publish full list also.
