simple fact that co filed documents with results which are now almost six months old. The law of the land is such that it allows you to open the IPO as long as six months have not expired from the period for which accounts are enclosed as part of the document. Taking advantage of this fact these companies have lined up issues and they are bunched in the last ten days of September.

Now a days, IPO is satta mkt and one should apply and ready to w/d keeping his eye and ear open

dear experts,

by seeing a profit margins and turnover of the company all these 5 - 7 IPOs are looking they are comming to collect the money and vanish. only manipulator/operators can lead such IPO's. is it batter to refrain from these ipos. dear sreedhar sir, sk dash sir, KKN sir,please advise.
