as soon as you get allotment try to trasfer in your name this can be done prior to listing pl try i feel you can do so
the sale of shares in your account will be treated as capital gains in your name
next time try to open an seperate account of your family remember hdfc sec does not allow to log in two account at a time hence you have to log out and log in again religare allows two accounts at a time for log in so pl confirm with your on line account

There is always a risk in applying through ASBA, causing some errors. avoid ASBA.

I had made an application for 960 shares at cut off for loveable lingerie under asba through icici bank.My ASBA has been released but no shares allotted.I recd a mail from intime saying no shares alloted under the said application though all my other applications in other family member names have been allotted 47 or 48 shares.I fail to understand the problem.
Can anyone guide me.

MR GOLMAAAL

THANKS FOR UR REPLY

BUT THE THING IS THAT ALTHOUGH ALL OF US KNOW THAT IT NORMALLY TAKES TWO DAYS EVEN THREE DAYS TO ENTER INTO DEMAT, BUT THE MAIL FROM INTIME SAYS THAT IT WOULDN'T BE CREDITED INTO UR DP SINCE THERE IS LACK OF SOME CLIENT MASTER INFORMATION WITH US..THIS IS THE CAUSE OF MY WORRY DEAR
OTHERWISE I WOULD CHECK DEMAT ON 25 ONLY
U KNOW I MAILED TO INTIME HELPLINE, CALLED THEM MANY TIMES BUT COULDNT CONTACT THEM

NOW ANYONE PLEASE GUIDE ME WILL I HAVE TO DEFINITELY FAX THE CLIENT REPORT COPY AS DIRECTED BY THE INTIME MAIL WHICH I RECEIVEDTODAY AT 12 NOON
WAITING FOR REPLIES GUYS
MIND U DONT Take this thing lightly if it says that due to lack of information, dp wont be credited

344 doctorgaganjain,
Don't worry. Normally they credit into your DP Account, 2 days
before listing. Shares should be credit to your Demat account
by wednesday, so that u can sell it by Friday.

339 Gavin,
you can sell both on same day. Only thing is that first you
have to login to you account and sell it.

Then you have to login into family a/c and sell it.
Only prices will be different, unless you can login into both
accounts at sametime and sell.

GRAVIN
PL UNDERSTAND THAT BOTH THE ACCOUNTS SHOULD HAVE BROKARAGE ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE TRADING REGULARLY BECAUSE FOR THE INCOME TAX RECORDS
AS THESE ATTRACT SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAINS IF YOU SELL ON LISTING DATE
IF YOU DONOT WANT TO SHOW THEN BY TRANSFERING THE SHARES IN YOUR ACCOUNT YOU CAN SELL IF YOU HAVE AN ON LINE ACCOUNT OR SELL BY LOCAL BROKER BUT IT IS RISKY IF YOU ARE IN HIGH BRACKET AND DONOT SHOW IN TAX RECORDS
I SHOW ALL MY FAMILY ACCOUNT TO INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT EVERY YEAR

306 keep it up for your calculations as below

nifty fifty's - IPO Recommendations, IPO Comments, Public Profile

SBI Bonds – Series 1 Lower Tier II 9.25% = cmp = 10050 Series 2 Lower Tier II 9.50% cmp = 10250 ACCORDING TO MY CALCULATION IF TIER 11 BOND IS TRADING AT 10250 @OF 9.5% THEN = 1025O/9.50*9.95= 10735/- FOR (9.95%)TIER 4 BOND

how you got rs 250 premium why you are not calculating on rs 50 premium also do you that rs 250 is the interest acumulated for 40 days or more
keep it up

Satyaaa's projection of LLL share opening at Rs 500 is likely to be Ardha-Satyaa, i.e. it will open around Rs 250-265 band. Tee hee!

If one goes by Page Industries valuations, it should get Rs 300 but LLL's business is a bit weaker than Page Industries. So I think Rs 250-260 is reasonable. Now, if punters decide to play in it like they are doing in Fineotex, it can also go to Rs 12,000. :-))
