This ipo may turn out to be dull , not just coz of recent listings but also coz MH is struggling in containing the 2nd wave. RE business, so much regulations, debt, Non-Bjp govt in MH. No fancy it seems!

They hold such assets that they have to back out from IPO market twice. What is price earning of loss making company?

Valuation wise , Lodha IPO is a good IPO with room for 20-40% listing gain. Fair Chance of allotment due to 2500Cr issue size. It all depends on the market sentiments whether to apply or avoid
We have to realise that the IPO Gurus are also human beings and tend to go wrong very very rarely. In fact, we are all benefitted on most of the occasions from the messages of almost all IPO Gurus. There may be a very very few exceptions, which we have to take them in a lighter vein. Then, there would be no adverse comments of any nature. Of course, almost all the IPO Gurus are broadminded and I am sure that they will ignore the unwanted comments made some times by a few over reactive members and continue to help the forum with their valuable views.
