Observer's Diary (A non-serious write up in a lighter mood without prejudice
1.) The news that the IPO is coming with price about 960 was fisrt divulged to a foreign news agency 'Bloomberg News'
2.) There after our news agencies cooked it in different ways for six days with disclosure of 'a internal source not liked to be identified.
3.) People were initially very happy that 2100 worth is available at 960 odd.
4.) Thereafter official announcement came with 3.5% disinvestment, 21000cr size , price 949 with discount of 60 to ph and 45 to retail.
5) People were very happy- size reduced from 65000, very low price , heavy discount; KHELA HOBE.
6) Good vives begain to pour in with hopes.
7) Price was far below @ Cautious sir's appraisal of 1350 and near to @ Amit chheda. But maal ohi to hai na ? 😅
8) within the good vive some including one madam came with repeated post , it is not clear whether they liked to prove LIC is dear or pvt companies are cheaper.
9) The people of the promoter gave their explanation and necessity for fulfilment of disinvestment target. As if Kuch bhi vow ho, disinvestment hona chhahiye.
¥10) Anybody say how the Govt became the owner of the property? Bought it ? inherited it ? Captured it? or any other thing. Think the potential of those persons and these fellows.
11) +ve, -ve going on. Different types of query , interpretation, misinterpretation. .......

12) 4 ko jaisan bidding khula , haati dour bhag raha he, employee log bhi strike me hote hue bhi dhai dhai bid mar raha he.
13) Bhahadur ka nind ud gaya, maro lathi charge dana dan. Went upto 7 am but nothing.
14) Total picture changed , what happens to the elephant ?

17)On monday, People thought that there will be abundance in bidding .Many were waiting to see the QIB, NII figure to see if there is any sense for nii application.
18) Thus the bahadur saved his face ,( Pappu and others were displeased not to see huge demand supporting their throwaway price allegation )
19) Here bahadur was between scylla and charybdis . Saved its face somehow. Na idhar ka na udhar ka , but a show we have tried our best.
20) Result to come , people are morose as if no charm. Milega to achha hoga ki kharab ! So much negetivity is spread.
21) A sizeable section were vocal that there will be negative listing.
22) Initially a madam fought very well. As soon as 'a negative news' came, she lifted it out of the ground straight over the head of the bowler .
But she is no longer seen. Whether negetivity has caught her is not clear.
23) B M Surana sir ne khitchri paka diye jada gheu dal ke.
25) It is not like a Ramdev baba case, bhakta jan par kar dega.
26) Some keeps hope that Modiji, Sitaraman mam will save. But they also do not want it to go much higher. If it happens, Pappu will take. If it goes much down people will take. So they want a so so listing. Baad me jo ho to ho.
27) Philhal Mandi balo bhari he, kala kawa raat 10 tak time diye he.
Maha mandi balo ko kaal bhari maar par sakte he.

Stoploss kat ke he share upar jata he.

31) In this entire episode, one man is very happy (to some extent kala kawa also). He is B M Surana sir. Hazar ko upor sare maal bech bach ke so ke kharrate mar rahe he. Dushro to nind haram ho raha he ki nahi pata nehi he.
It is also not clear what he will see after waking up.
32) Paisa kya dega nahi dega ki lega pata nahi but maja bahut de diya.
33) Philhal kaal khana khulne tak integer kore, han accha nind ke saath.
