Almost 3 out of 4 allotees are fearful of discount listing and everywhere discussion going on for tomorrow's negative listing. If such situation continue and tomorrow market opens negative then it's definitely go below 904 support. Pls be careful and sale atleast 50% in pre open as there is lots of other opportunities available in market but if LIC goes down Below then it may not come back soon.

If you are so fearful, put your order in pre open. We are not going to fall in your tactics.

He didn't say it'd list at 600, he said you could eventually get it at 600. I don't know about that, but it could be true if it drags down Market tomorrow. Bad listing for Paytm called for 1000 point fall in Nifty shortly after. Although I don't sponsor this spam of calling for discount listing.

Yes, LIC is no Paytm, and that is what's more worrying. We need good listing tomorrow because LIC has faith and trust of much more people, Market sentiment will get negative, it needs momentum. Everyone should hope for good listing only.

If applied for shorterm, Sell off lists below 930 and no point staying below 900. If can hold for 1-2yr then nothing to worry as this lower lows/highs bearish market will mostly end by year end.

Why to worry, when it is Zero debt company and it is still the most credible life insurance company by most people in this country. It’s efficiency and governance will only go upward direction if not unch 👍😀

Aare Yaar Time Pass karo Hansi Mazak Mein Lo Seriously Mat Lo Listing ka Prediction Itna Aasaan Nahin hai. Kal Sensex 1500 Points Upar Khula to LIC 1000/1100 bhi List ho Sakta hai. Sensex 1500 Niche Khula to 900 bhi List ho sakta hai.
Share Market mein Logic kaam Nahi Aati hai.
Listing k Din FII, DII Buying karne lage to Kitna bhi Upar ja sakta hai. Aur Selling karne lage to Niche.

Why so much diverse opinion about listing of LIC like Ruchi Soya? Some people are desperate to hammer it down to ridiculous levels. Looks like, some anti Modi, anti Govt gang gets active, whenever there is Govt related IPO or by any person who is perceived to be Govt supporter, like Ramdev. Here personal finances of investors are involved. Therefore, everyone is requested to avoid personal biases and post objectively.

Apologize. A bit contrary opinion. In world of money most of the people don't have loyalty to anyone.

Market always does opposit of what majority think and majority here think that this share will go down.

Lot of people here were very bearish on Adani Wilmar also and some allottees sold the shares due to panic created by such people. Warren buffet didn't become rich by shorting. Remember always.

This will pay good dividend. GIC not paying dividend. Embedded value is much lower than other players. Should trade above 1300.

@Ritesh gupta.... You are right ye 2 3 din se yahi msg kar raha hai continuously.

Simply list between 904 to 949 range then if retailers are sold more than 50% of their holding and big players not buy at this discounted price then it might go below 904 slowly. On the other hand if more than 50% of retailers are ready to hold their position then price go above 949 slowly. There is no hard science or logic. Please don't give much higher or lower target as it's a high size IPO and can't run fast on any side.

LIC may list at a discount to issue price if grey market is an indicator

JO BHI HOGA ME ISKO 1100+ ME HI BECHUNGA VO BHI 15 JUNE TAK. KAL UMEED HAI IT WILL LIST AROUND 950/- AND WILL CLOSE ABOVE 1000.

In that case it should be bought with conviction

Most likely listing around issue price @949.
But closing above 1025.
