Incorporated in 1992, Delhi based Lemon Tree Hotels is India's largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector but after 25 year working experience, last five years income & profit/loss figures are very bad, company work with loss for three year and nominal profit in 2017. please invest your hard money carefully...
I was about to comment the same ! Quite surprising to see the FIIs subscription.
Dilip Devda sir has stated
"Losses for FY14 to FY17 have been on account of higher depreciations on the investments made in hotel properties to reach the desired scale of operations." But this can't be the sole reason or the factor ! I'm no expert , may be who knows how to read Financials and RHP, might tell more clearly.
In current falling market scenario, learned members should stop subscribing to IPOs, whether ICICI Sec, Lemon Tree or any other forthcoming ones in near future.
