This is my 2nd allotment first one being Swaraj suiting both happen to be textiles. Textile will continue to perform with demand in youth population as well as exports. Will keep this for few months. Only issue with SME firms is corporate governance where any misdeeds can't be ruled out. Need to be vigilant. All the best to the allotted one's and other's whose brave moves here inspired to try out SME ..

Look at company's balance sheet.................... asset doubled in 3 years , revenue doubled in 3 years, this year profit will be around 18 crore. small equity base. I am not going to sell it. I will hold it for long term. W/in a year it will double. Its same like bank FD for me. Don't mind if market falls bcz company's business is intact. If Anant is selling, he will not sell below 20% profit....so @90/ there will be selling pressure from Anantagg....orelse this stock will keep going up, as inflation is rising / currency is falling / so company is mainly in export. *(Russia/ukraine......next month tak sab khatam ho jayega). Look for 1 year from now. Market advance mai chalti hai.

What is your plan in Campus n Rainbow ipo.
N how much u have alloted in this two ipos.

Campus : I applied 5cr application but not alloted any single share. looking at QIB subscription this share will always be in demand. Its a hold for 1 year.

Rainbow : I got 3699 shares and will sell either -10% S/C or +20% profit. As on last day QIB portion subscribed 30 times for such big IPO...so I am positive. Market conditions are bit bad but will stablize after next FED meeting.
So max 10% down from here but not more in NIFTY.

Specially everyone should buy IT stocks, its able at 40% discount from top. Should start SIP in top 10 IT stocks for India. On coming diwali one can make 30~40% profit.

In my opinion, expected price range here initially is 85-90......company is having good financials/sector/growth and will perform good in future.
So due to any reason, if listing is not good then whoever not allotted can buy here around 80 levels for medium/long term holding. it can go good after listing or else after some weeks like it happened in coolcaps/swaraj/kn agri etc.
if listing initially is around 95-100 , then profit or partial profit can be booked here. I am allotted 1 lot here and will hold for some months at least.

Look frieds, Total ipo is for 4000 lots out of that Anantnag sir got 526 lot, PKC 150 lot, one more got 104 lots and like wise more. Means there are few people's holding 50% or more qty. Issue was over subscribed 26 times in both ie retailers and nii. Means If above stake holders don't off load till 125 then some of balance interested/ willing parties will buy above 125 and price will be consolidate above 125.Check Krishna Defence performance. Why to wait for year to get 150/-, it's simply in our and above gems hand to stabilise above 125 on listing day only. Later FII will come in chunks to support more. This can happen only because of small size sme of 48 cr. Other things are very good regarding company. Anantnag sir pl go through and guide frankly.

Bank loan increased...means with such ROE they are doing good business and bank is giving such big loan, bcz they see growth potential in company. Stay Invested. Next 3 years......it will be 150~250 range.

Preopen may Rs 75 pay sell order laga doga market is very very poor.

@4 eps / 28% roe.......its worth 100 (not less/not more) But due to low equity base, its demand can take it to 150 in coming days, subject Anantagg won't dump in middle.

GMP is not an important factor in case of SME IPOs, listing price are rarely linked with GMP

Whatever pre open best way is to wait for 15 days. As of fears of market, we should not off load because it may happen that you may rush to buy at 90/- and above . Market will definitely bounce back today or tomorrow. Many stocks come up which were down due to market. Further all listings will be weak or negative and response will be less, on contrary investots will invest in recent ipo which are at par.

Request :- Hi every body, those who got allotmemt Or even not allotted, please don't sell/short/ panic sell for 5-15 rs gain as company very well performing and no wrong doing/ legal matters since formation. Due to global market and war crises it may list @ 90/- but will cross 125/- within week. It may happen, some Miscrinent may short, sell, for pulling price down but will unable if we remain firm and will loose. Nanavati sustained at 50/45 even going bellow at 47/40 , and even after deep red market. Here NII and Retailers Subscription equal and both 16 times oversubscribed. Here luckly we got big boom Anantnag sir to support us.

Being retired person,i try to preserve my principal but in this case I will not offer my 4 lots for sale in preopen.

I have got one lot. I will not sell it before 155, come what may. Company profile and performance is too good. Rupee will hit 80 in a few days. Its performance will be too good.

Company's Balance sheet is too good to have this share in our portfolio. Those who can wait for 6-9 months will get the fantastic appreciation. Just remember the stock Nupur and KN Agri stock, this stock is also ability to give this type of results. So give some time to Le Merite and watch it.

Thanks for good conviction view. Hope this lists good to create a uptrend. At par listing can dampen the view but then its so negative market and its acceptable.
